4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

5. Quality Standards

Timelines reflect the reality of editorial processes—we do not guarantee specific publication dates.

6. Intellectual Property

Content created by Quality Link Building Services during engagements remains our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point usage rights transfer to the client as specified in the service agreement. Our methodologies, publisher relationships, and proprietary processes remain confidential and our exclusive property.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Invoices are due per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

8. Confidentiality

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement per the terms specified therein. We may terminate immediately if a client requests practices that violate our quality standards or ethical guidelines. Upon termination, the client retains all editorially placed links secured prior to termination.

12. Website Use

You may not use our website to transmit harmful code, scrape content without permission, or engage in activity that disrupts our services. All website content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

14. Changes
